Job Description

Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant - Workday Technical Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing project activities for a Workday HCM project, requiring in-depth knowledge of HCM modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their strategies, challenges, and goals.
  • Exhibit strong executive presence, demonstrate polished demeanor, and superior communication skills to effectively manage pre-sales, project execution in complex environments.
  • Analyze, prototype, and implement new Workday functional features, presenting new features and impacts to business stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring successful project completion.
  • Craft and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Understand Workday integration execution/launch parameters and have experience with Workday integrations development.
  • Manage project activities for ERP projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • BE/MBA/M.Tech degree.
    • Workday principal technical consultant experience for Workday implementation and support, including requirement gathering, feasibility study, design, build, and deploy.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in inbound/outbound integrations using Core Connector, PICOF, PECI, Workday Studio, managing business processes, working with EIB, Report Writer, creating Workday Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, XML, XPATH, and XSLT.
    • Knowledge of Security configuration in Workday.
    • Experience in working on all project phases, including fit/gap.
    • Hands-on integration experience in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
    • Core Connectors – Worker and Payroll, PECI Connector.
    • Cloud Connect for Worker, CCB.
    • CCTPP PICOF/PECI.
    • Custom Reports & Calculated Fields.
    • Linux / Shell Scripting.
