About the Job
We're seeking a charismatic and collaborative individual with a strong background in Accountancy & Finance recruitment in Scotland. As a Senior/Principal Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping to build and lead our new team, working closely with our core Scottish leadership team to create something truly exciting.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a team of accountancy and finance recruitment professionals
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Scottish market
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the accountancy and finance sector
- Contribute to the development of our business in Scotland, working closely with our leadership team

We offer a competitive basic salary, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience, plus a leading commission and benefits package.
