We are Refyne, a dynamic and expanding business, seeking a seasoned HR Manager to spearhead our human resources functions.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, including staff training and development, compliance, employee relations, and recruitment.

You will work closely with the Managing Director to maintain a positive work environment by aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving effective change, and fostering a culture of excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal recruitment processes to attract top talent.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Manage employee grievances and concerns, providing timely and fair resolutions to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and handle disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and employment law.
  • Implement and maintain performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance, driving business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with employees to address performance issues, conducting regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver effective training programs to enhance employee skills and career development, aligning with business objectives.
  • Ensure the organization remains compliant with all employment regulations, maintaining a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures in accordance with legislation, ensuring a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all HR activities and compliance audits, reporting to the Director to inform strategic decision-making.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above, demonstrating expertise in HR management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a HR Management role, with a proven track record of success.
