Frasers Group Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our FS Finance team, you will play a critical role in delivering financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring commercial benefits are realised and aligned to functional goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the FS Finance team and functional leaders to deliver month-end reporting
  • Providing financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring commercial benefits are realised and aligned to functional goals and objectives
  • Ensuring adherence to financial regulatory, FS regulatory and legislative standards and expectations
  • Managing the tracking and monitoring of all Financial Services projects
  • Risk Management

Requirements:

  • Studying or Qualified Accountant
  • Experience in preparing, analysing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands
  • Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet and cash flow data and information to highlight opportunities and minimise risk
  • A proven track record in a complex business environment
  • Proven ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately
