Job Title: Financial Business Partner
Job Description:
As a Financial Business Partner at Frasers Group Financial Services, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial guidance and support to our IT, Change, and Commercial teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement functional financial planning, analysis, and reporting to align with the overall financial strategy of FGFS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Finance and FGFS Functional leaders to deliver month-end reporting and ensure timely and accurate financial information.
- Develop and maintain functional financial forecasting and tracking to identify commercial benefits and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulatory standards and maintain a strong risk management framework.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Studying or Qualified Accountant with a strong background in accounting and reporting requirements.
- Proven track record in a complex business environment with experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and modeling skills with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
