Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Finance team, you will work closely with our Functional leaders to deliver month-end reporting and provide financial forecasting and tracking. You will also ensure adherence to financial regulatory and legislative standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial forecasting and tracking for Frasers Group Financial Services
  • Work with Functional leaders to deliver month-end reporting
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulatory and legislative standards and expectations
  • Manage tracking and monitoring of all Financial Services projects
  • Risk Management
  • Studying or Qualified Accountant
  • Experience in preparing, analysing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands
  • Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet and cash flow data and information to highlight opportunities and minimise risk
  • A proven track record in a complex business environment
  • Proven ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately
  • Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels
  • Ability to influence and strategically partner
  • Strong Excel and modelling skills
