Job Description

As a key member of the FS Finance team, you will work closely with FS Functional leaders to drive the month-end reporting process. Your primary responsibility will be to provide and own FS functional financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring that commercial benefits are realized and aligned to functional goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial regulatory, FS regulatory, and legislative standards are met
  • Manage the tracking and monitoring of all Financial Services projects to ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to minimize their impact on the business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Studying or qualified accountant with experience in preparing, analyzing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet changing priorities and demands
  • Strong Excel and modeling skills with the ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow data
  • Proven track record in a complex business environment with the ability to influence and strategically partner
