Job Summary

The Business Finance Partner will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function within Frasers Group Financial Services. This includes providing financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring adherence to financial regulatory and legislative standards, and managing the tracking and monitoring of all Financial Services projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the FS Finance team and FS Functional leaders to deliver month-end reporting and financial forecasting
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulatory and legislative standards
  • Managing the tracking and monitoring of all Financial Services projects
  • Risk Management

Requirements

  • Studying or Qualified Accountant
  • Experience in preparing, analysing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands
  • Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet and cash flow data and information to highlight opportunities and minimise risk
  • A proven track record in a complex business environment
  • Proven ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately
  • Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels
  • Ability to influence and strategically partner
  • Strong Excel and modelling skills
