Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Frasers Group team. As a key member of our Finance team, you will work closely with our Functional leaders to deliver month-end reporting and drive commercial benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial forecasting and tracking for Financial Services projects, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulatory, FS regulatory, and legislative standards and expectations.
- Manage the tracking and monitoring of all Financial Services projects.
- Risk Management.
Requirements
- Studying or Qualified Accountant.
- Experience in preparing, analysing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow data and information to highlight opportunities and minimise risk.
- A proven track record in a complex business environment.
- Proven ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately.
- Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels.
- Ability to influence and strategically partner.
- Strong Excel and modelling skills.
