Job Description

We're seeking an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Finance team, you'll work closely with our IT, Change, and Commercial teams to provide compliant and effective finance business partnering. Your primary focus will be on leading and managing the development and delivery of value-added and fit-for-purpose functional financial planning, management, analysis, and reporting, aligned to our overall financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Finance team and Functional leaders to ensure a smooth month-end reporting process.
  • Develop and own functional financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring commercial benefits are realized and aligned to functional goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulatory, financial services regulatory, and legislative standards and expectations.
  • Risk Management.

Requirements:

  • Studying or qualified accountant with experience in preparing, analyzing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet changing priorities and demands.
  • Strong Excel and modeling skills.
  • Proven track record in a complex business environment.
  • Proven ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately.
