Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Partner to join our Financial Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring commercial benefits are realized and aligned to functional goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the FS Finance team and FS Functional leaders to deliver month-end reporting and financial forecasting.
- Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulatory, FS regulatory, and legislative standards and expectations.
- Managing the tracking and monitoring of all Financial Services projects.
- Risk Management.
Requirements
- Studying or Qualified Accountant.
- Experience in preparing, analyzing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements.
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow data and information to highlight opportunities and minimize risk.
- A proven track record in a complex business environment.
- Proven ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately.
- Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels.
- Ability to influence and strategically partner.
- Strong Excel and modelling skills.
