As a DRIVE Case Manager at RISE Mutual CIC, you will work directly with high-risk perpetrators to reduce domestic abuse and improve outcomes for all involved. This role requires engaging individuals, influencing behaviour change, and creating safer communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective case management plans to support high-risk perpetrators
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including service users, partners, and colleagues
• Collaborate with the service team to provide a comprehensive service that meets the needs of service users
Requirements
• Proven experience in case management, behaviour change, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
