About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Services to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profits while delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profits
  • Lead and manage a team of commercial services professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business development and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing profits in a commercial services environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth
