Position Overview

The HR Consultant is pivotal in aligning with the organization and aiding the wider HR team in implementing the HR strategy. Key responsibilities encompass delivering prompt HR guidance to management and staff, interpreting policies and procedures, and supporting employee relations. Furthermore, the role involves maintaining organizational systems related to employee information and policies to ensure adherence to regulations.

Key Qualifications/Skills:

  • CIPD qualified, preferably at level 5 or equivalent
  • Knowledge of GDPR and Employment Law
  • Exceptional time management abilities and capacity to juggle multiple tasks
  • Proven 'can do' mindset with a constructive, solutions-oriented approach

This position offers flexible hybrid working arrangements and a competitive salary package. The remuneration for this role is in the range of £35K-£37K depending on experience, along with additional benefits.
