Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Beverage department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Monitor and control waste, labour, and customer service standards to optimize store performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and promote a positive store culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous store management experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
