Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:
Aldi UK is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Manage the store's inventory, stock levels, and supply chain to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by ensuring high-quality service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve market share, and drive business growth.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent performance.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £50,600 - £65,995 per annum.
- Flexible Working Hours: 40 or 45-hour contracts over 5 days, with a focus on work-life balance.
