We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Skincare Counter Manager at Dixons Department Store in Whitehaven. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the Clarins brand and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Promote the Clarins brand and its products to customers
- Conduct customer consultations and makeovers to enhance the customer experience
- Provide skincare treatments and make-up colour matching services to customers
- Maximize sales opportunities and exceed sales targets
- Maintain and manage effective stock control, including ordering new stock and merchandising
- Create customer loyalty and lead promotional activity
- Provide product demonstrations and counter administration/paperwork
- Ensure a clean and organized working environment
- Interest in retailing and sales
- Confidence in demonstrating skincare, colour, and fragrance products
- Excellent selling skills and exceptional customer service skills
- Good numeracy and accuracy skills
- Comfortable working to targets and taking pride in your work
- Eye for detail and confident, articulate communication skills
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
- Starting salary of £11.50 per hour plus commission (subject to experience)
- 35 hours per week, 5 days per week including Saturdays
- 2 days off per week (Sundays and one weekday)
- Permanent staff position
