The Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maximize sales by promoting products and services, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products.
  • Control costs and waste, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Replenish stock levels, maintaining a well-stocked store environment.
  • Maintain security within the store, adhering to company procedures.
