About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Salford Primary Care Together (SPCT). The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Extended Primary Integrated Care (EPIC) Team, ensuring the efficient operation of our administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels across sites.
  • Support clinicians in delivering care and support to patients, including emergency situations.
  • Prepare correspondence and ensure all service needs are met.
  • Liaise with team members via email or telephone to address problems.
  • Support administrative tasks within the office setting, including printing, emailing, and producing rotas.
  • Make comfort calls to patients waiting in the emergency department.
  • Monitor clinical systems, including EMIS and Adastra, to ensure smooth running of services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across Salford organizations and promote collaboration throughout the Health & Care system.

Person Specification

Essential

  • A sound general education to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • A valid UK driving license.

Desirable

  • Training or qualifications in administration and IT.
