About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in a 3rd shift role. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and advice, while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivering Pharmacy Services: You will be accountable for delivering our pharmacy strategy, providing expert care and advice to patients, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
  • Leadership and Development: You will be responsible for building the pharmacy capability of our store teams, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure customer and patient safety, and delivering a range of professional pharmacy services.
  • Professional Expertise: You will be expected to demonstrate high levels of professional expertise, be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals, and have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.
Requirements
  • Registration: You must be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  • Professional Expertise: You must have a high level of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
  • Knowledge and Skills: You must have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services, and be a great communicator with the ability to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.
