Director of Implementation Services

Length: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of ITIL Service Design, leveraging experience in the full ITIL lifecycle.
- Drive the development of a Service Strategy, ideally in an organisation where this may not have been fully established.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a Service Now implementation, focusing on workflows, catalogues, and automation of service provisioning.
- Apply stakeholder management, leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills to drive successful project outcomes.
- Ensure the effective management of ITIL Service Accreditation, preferably with ITIL Service Design accreditation.
- ITIL Service Accreditation, preferably with ITIL Service Design accreditation.
- Experience of ITIL Service Design implementation background, particularly within a large, complex transformation programme.
- Stakeholder management, leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Experience of implementing a Service Strategy.
