BDO UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Payroll Services team as a Service Delivery and Implementation Delivery Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional payroll services to our clients operating in multiple countries.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and direct teams in the UK, Belfast, Mauritius, and South Africa responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing delivery of global payroll services to clients operating in multiple countries
- Implementing global payroll contracts across multiple countries
- Driving quality, budgetary discipline, and efficiency from the recent reorganisation
You will also have an important role in the GPS Senior Leadership Team, working collaboratively with Directors, Partners, and Principals. You will chair and drive business benefit from senior manager and manager governance meetings, cascading policy and business objectives set by the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have some, if not all, of the following qualifications:
- CIPP or international payroll equivalent
- Prince II or similar project equivalent
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar accounting equivalent
- MBA or similar first/second degree
