By delivering long-term, sustainable value to businesses through accounting, payroll, and compliance services, they also tie together many of our services across BDO both domestically and internationally.
Lead with Excellence
As a key member of our team, you'll need to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and initiative to succeed in this agile environment.
Reporting directly to the Partner and Principal who lead client relationships, the objective of this role is to inspire and direct teams in UK, Belfast, Mauritius, and South Africa responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing delivery of global payroll services to clients operating in multiple countries
- Implementing global payroll contracts across multiple countries
- Driving quality, budgetary discipline, and efficiency from the recent reorganisation.
You'll be someone with:
- CIPP or international payroll equivalent
- Prince II or similar project equivalent
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar accounting equivalent
- MBA or similar first/second degree.
