Immediate Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly competent and seasoned Infrastructure Section Specialist to become a part of our team engaged in a significant infrastructure initiative.

This position is vital for the successful execution of our current project, which encompasses earthworks, drainage systems, new railway line constructions, realignments, duct installations, street lighting, pavement works, underpinning, and various other essential activities across a 13 km stretch.


Core Responsibilities:
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
Coordinate permits and scheduling.
Maintain effective communication with sub-agents.
Supervise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Quality Assurance (QA) documentation.
Engage in hands-on tasks while mentoring junior engineers.
Conduct risk assessments and develop method statements.
Monitor, update, forecast, and implement delivery schedules with demonstrated delivery experience.
Efficiently lead and manage subcontractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:
Proven experience in structural or roadway/drainage construction, surfacing, kerbing, and Vehicle Restraint System (VRS) works.
Expertise in embankment construction, cut/fill operations, stabilization works, platform construction, and piling activities.
Proficient in monitoring, updating, and forecasting delivery schedules using AutoCAD.
Strong leadership capabilities with a successful history of managing subcontractors and delivering projects.

Desirable:
EUSR training

CSCS Card
CAT and Genny training

SMSTS certification Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Experience in bulk earthworks is essential.
