About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Coventry Building Society. As an Infrastructure Specialist - Executive Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our Executive team.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain our technical infrastructure, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our business. You will work closely with our Executive team to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing technical solutions to meet business requirements
  • Providing exceptional support to our Executive team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and technology to perform their roles effectively
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical infrastructure with business processes
  • Identifying and mitigating technical risks, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support. If you have a strong background in IT infrastructure and a proven track record of providing excellent support, we want to hear from you.
