**Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage the site from pre-start to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the client's satisfaction and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing retail store construction and/or other commercial retail spaces and have the ability to work autonomously as well as within the wider project team.
  • Candidates must hold SMSTS, First Aid, and be ideally trade qualified/background.
  • The projects are fast turnover and high-paced, but this will be ongoing works in various locations for someone wanting a long run of work with a stable company.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the site from pre-start to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the client's satisfaction, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate the project team.
  • Hold SMSTS, First Aid, and be ideally trade qualified/background.

**Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing retail store construction and/or other commercial retail spaces.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within the wider project team.
