Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Developing detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
