About the Role

Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Sales Manager in coordinating appointments, managing client communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communications: Manage client inquiries, ensure accurate information is distributed internally, and communicate progress both internally and externally.
  • Business Systems and Administration: Maintain accurate and complete data on our CRM database, chase for correct detail from internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all information is logged and monitored.
  • Team Coordination: Recognize the need for and coordinate the inclusion of colleagues from within the business to support sales opportunities, and work closely with sales, marketing, design, and estimating teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer sales and service in a client-focused business.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience working with a CRM database.
  • Ability to work independently, be organized, adaptable, and focused, with a willingness to progress into an externally based sales role.
  • Valid driving license and own transport, as our offices are not on a train or bus route.
