Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to provide essential office-based assistance to our Senior Sales Managers. This role offers a competitive salary and is integral to our operations, supporting a company recognized as a preferred supplier to numerous leading housing developers across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments and schedules for the Senior Sales Manager.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information.
- Analyze sales data for reporting purposes.
- Facilitate and advance the sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Log and follow up on incoming inquiries and leads to promote the company’s services.
- Track outstanding quotes and requests for estimates.
- Collaborate with design and estimating teams to ensure timely completion of quotes and designs.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer sales and service within a client-focused environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with experience using a CRM system.
- Enjoy engaging with both existing and potential customers, demonstrating proactivity in business development.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working independently, with aspirations for career advancement.
- A valid driving license and personal transportation are essential due to office location.
Additional Information:
- Client Communication: Effectively log all inquiries, ensuring information is shared with the appropriate teams and tracking progress throughout the sales process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and complete data within the CRM, following up with stakeholders to ensure all details are current.
- Team Collaboration: Recognize the need for team involvement in sales opportunities and work closely with sales, marketing, design, and estimating teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
This is a permanent position with a standard workweek, including a holiday entitlement and participation in the company pension scheme. There is potential for career progression into an external sales role, depending on your career aspirations.
