Operations Manager

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in one of Europe's leading health and fitness organizations? We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee the seamless and effective daily functioning of our club's reception and cleaning teams. Your mission will be to ensure that every member enjoys an exceptional experience during their visits. You will frequently serve as the Duty Manager, responsible for the smooth operation of the facility. By leading the Reception, Cleaning, and Spa host teams, you will uphold our commitment to 5-star standards and maintain a safe, pristine environment through meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What are we looking for? A driven manager who takes pride in delivering outstanding service to our members and collaborates effectively with the club's General Manager to ensure a safe and premium experience throughout the facility. We seek individuals who are eager to learn and utilize the extensive training and development resources available to support your growth. This role requires working shifts aligned with business needs, including 4 weekend shifts per month and at least one late shift each week. Experience in managing a team within a service-oriented environment (such as a restaurant, attraction, retail unit, or sports/leisure facility) is highly desirable, along with a background in duty management responsibilities and financial planning. A passion for customer service and excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
