What are we seeking? A driven manager who takes pride in delivering outstanding service to our members and collaborates effectively with the club General Manager to ensure a safe and premium experience throughout the club. We are looking for someone eager to learn and utilize the extensive training and development resources we provide to help you thrive. The role requires working shifts aligned with business needs, including 4 weekend shifts per month and at least one late shift per week. Experience in managing a team within a service-oriented environment (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail, sports, or leisure facility) is highly desirable. Familiarity with duty management responsibilities is preferred, along with experience in financial planning and management. A passion for customer service and excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
