Reception Supervisor Role

As a Reception Supervisor at the Royal Automobile Club, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our members and guests. This includes supervising the day-to-day running of the operations, supporting the Manager and team, and ensuring member requirements and needs are fulfilled to the highest possible standard.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment, with excellent presentation and attention to detail. They will be a team player, able to develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments in the Club, and communicate closely with all departments to ensure follow-up on any member/guest requests and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a unique and individual arrival experience for members and their guests.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments in the Club.
  • Communicate closely with all departments to ensure follow-up on any member/guest requests and queries.
  • Prepare departmental rota and ensure they are planned in accordance to the levels of business, maintaining appropriate coverage at all times.

About You:

  • Experience essential in a similar environment.
  • Experience in Opera/Fidelio systems is preferable.
  • Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
  • Team player.
