Pophams emerged from a vision to revolutionize traditional viennoiserie baking techniques. With a background in catering for prestigious Formula 1 teams, one of our founders, Ollie Gold, sought to blend global culinary experiences into the London bakery landscape.

Beyond our bakeries, we proudly operate a remarkable restaurant specializing in hand-crafted pasta, along with Pophams Home, which features an online presence and curated retail spaces. Our offerings encompass a diverse range of products, from ceramics to candles, creating a comprehensive lifestyle brand for our customers.

Role Overview:

Your mission is to be a staunch advocate for our brand by leading all aspects of service and operational standards.

As a cultural ambassador, you will coach, train, and mentor your teams to nurture and maintain the cherished Pophams culture.

It is essential to ensure that all locations operate safely while achieving profitability.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing branded multi-site hospitality operations; familiarity with retail and food production is advantageous but not mandatory.

You are a recognized leader in service and operational standards, adept at coaching, training, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a safe and profitable environment.

Financially astute and operationally savvy, you have a proven track record of influencing P&Ls, with your true strength lying in your interpersonal skills. You effortlessly build relationships with everyone from investors to kitchen staff. Your management and coaching abilities are exceptional, and you achieve success collaboratively with your team.

Your communication skills are exemplary, whether in presentations, reports, meetings, or one-on-one interactions.

You are a guardian of our brand and culture, unafraid to appropriately challenge anything that may jeopardize them. More importantly, you are a champion of our brand and culture, serving as a motivating force for both.
