We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic instructor to join our team at Cambian Home Tree School. As an instructor of English and Health and Social Care, you will play a vital role in delivering a broad and enriching curriculum to our students.
About the Role:- Implement and deliver a differentiated curriculum for students, supporting a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
- Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as an instructor.
- Facilitate and encourage a learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
- Contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
- Share and support the school's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
Cambian Home Tree School is an independent DfE-registered, co-educational day school that specialises in accommodating students with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.
The school typically caters for up to 20 students aged between 12-18 years of age, with individually tailored educational pathways created to ensure each student's needs are met.
The teaching team is supported by a multi-disciplinary team, including a psychologist, occupational therapist, and therapeutic practitioners.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the person specification and have a commitment to safeguarding and protecting the young people and service users within our care.
All candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference checks.
