Job Title: Instructor of English and Health and Social Care
Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 40 hours per week, term time
Salary: £25, per annum
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed instructor to join our team at Cambian Home Tree School. As an instructor of English and Health and Social Care, you will be responsible for developing individualised and small group programs for our students. With a flexible and creative approach to learning, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide a broad and enriching curriculum.
About the School:
Cambian Home Tree School is an independent DfE-registered, co-educational day school that specialises in accommodating students with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. Our school typically caters for up to 20 students aged between 12-18 years, and each classroom features different learning environments for alternative ways of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
- To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as an instructor.
- To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
- To contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
- To share and support the school's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
