Senior Carer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Carer to join our Complex Care team at Superior Healthcare. As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex and long-term health conditions to live safely in their own homes.

With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work closely with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

As a Senior Carer, you will be required to work within one of our hubs in Kent, supporting a number of clients and traveling to assignments as needed. You will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including day and night shifts, and will be required to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.

We are committed to the development and progression of our teams, and as a Senior Carer, you will have access to paid, specialist training to enhance your skills and knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to work towards an NVQ/Diploma and will be supported by our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a care setting, with previous experience of supporting adults/children with complex care needs.
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle.
  • Evidence of the right to work in the UK.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, starting at £13.20 per hour, plus holiday pay, and a regular shift pattern.
