About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join our team at Vertical Advantage, a leading e-commerce accelerator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our clients' businesses across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our clients' e-commerce channels and retail partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Manage commercial terms and agreements with partners and internal teams
  • Lead a team of finance, operations, and marketing professionals to ensure profitability and growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce and retail, with a focus on beauty and wellness
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in setting up P&L arrangements and leading negotiations with major retailers
  • Experience working with Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals
