We're looking for a skilled Communications Targeting Specialist to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in building and defining audiences and data for campaigns, creating customer journeys that are relevant to our customers and responsive to their behavior.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report on the deployment of customer communications, ensuring that our messaging is aligned with our business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop targeting requirements and ensure that our KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with project teams to define the requirements for data migrations and the development of new capabilities.
- Manage and fulfill data selection and analytical requests using our Email Service Provider, ensuring that customer selections are accurate and produced to agreed deadlines.
- Gain a deep understanding of our databases, including inbound data processes, data management considerations, and data extraction/delivery functionality.
- Provide advice and recommendations on customer selections based on data volume expectations and trends.
- A positive and constructive attitude, with strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Passion for delivering personalized and relevant communications to customers.
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights and nurture meaningful customer relationships.
- Develop impactful omni-channel communications and conduct campaign analysis.
