Position Overview
The Finance Operations Manager will be an integral part of a dynamic finance team. This position is ideal for an organized and proactive individual. Key responsibilities include overseeing two Accounts Assistants and managing Accounts Payable functions. The main duties encompass:
- Supervising Accounts Assistants and Accounts Payable staff.
- Processing monthly payroll, including overtime and deductions.
- Generating invoices for grants and service level agreements.
- Monitoring debtor accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Administering pension contributions and liaising with pension providers.
- Completing necessary surveys and reports.
- Overseeing creditor accounts to facilitate timely payment runs.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess prior administrative experience in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment. They should demonstrate the capability to establish and maintain effective administrative systems, including databases. Strong prioritization and organizational skills are essential for managing workloads with minimal supervision. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, such as invoices and receipts. The successful applicant will join a supportive team of five within a larger group of over twenty colleagues.
This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the vital mission of the Anna Freud Centre in enhancing children's mental health. As the Finance Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial functions, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to bolster our services.
Work Arrangement
This position offers a hybrid working model, combining onsite and remote work.
