Salary Range: £40k - £50k DOE

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Producer to join our team. As a Producer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life through immersive and memorable events, learning sessions, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver complex projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Translate abstract concepts into impactful experiences, working closely with our interdisciplinary team of consultants, psychologists, executive coaches, creative designers, program managers, and facilitators.
  • Manage client relationships, staying in touch with clients throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring their satisfaction is our top priority.
  • Lead the studio team, including designers and freelancers, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving business development and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering complex projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • A genuine interest in working with abstract concepts and translating them into tangible experiences.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and creativity skills, with a knack for making things happen.
  • Experience working in Learning and Development is beneficial, but not necessary.
