This team plays a crucial role within our organization, providing you with the opportunity to analyze extensive data sets and deliver insights that will shape the future of our operations. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering actionable analytics and reporting to assist partners in understanding the performance of our online business and informing our strategic direction. To qualify for this position, you should possess prior experience and a proven track record in an analytical capacity, along with the qualifications outlined below.

Your Responsibilities
Analytics & Business Performance:
Collecting and refining data briefs and projects, developing analytical methodologies, and delivering precise insights promptly while collaborating closely with partners to ensure optimal recommendations are identified and executed. Executing and monitoring trials, employing statistical tools for trial/control selection, and assessing the statistical significance of outcomes. Accurately reporting data and transforming it into valuable information with context and supporting narratives. Clearly articulating opportunities, insights, or projects, adapting your communication style to engage with empathy and conviction. Maintaining and enhancing our suite of insight reports to provide our operators and leadership with visibility into business performance and areas for improvement. Agile & Data Practices:
Operating within an agile framework, utilizing a blend of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Fostering a data-driven, self-service culture, ensuring that dashboards, tools, resources, and insights produced by the team are widely disseminated, comprehended, and acted upon. People & Delivery Management:
Collaborating with other functional partners, including commercial, finance, product, fulfillment, digital, and technology teams to gather and shape data briefs. Proactively communicating progress and concerns to key partners to ensure project delivery aligns with agreed timelines. Serving as a role model for exemplary analysts, supporting the development of your peers.Qualifications
To be the ideal candidate, you should be a proactive problem-solver who can demonstrate:
Strong analytical and numerical abilities. Capability to simplify complex issues, accurately manipulate data, and relate findings to business contexts. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and BI software (preferably Tableau or Adobe Analytics) to manipulate and present data clearly and attractively, aiding partners in making informed business decisions. Proficiency in a query language (preferably SQL) for accessing and manipulating data from databases. Knowledge of programming languages (Python/R) is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and collaborate effectively with various teams. A broad understanding of the e-commerce, retail, or grocery sectors.
