About the Position

As an E-commerce Content Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reviewing seasonal, brand, and promotional content across our online platforms, aligning with Tesco's digital content strategy.
The Hiring Manager for this role is Alice Matthews
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate, implement, and enhance our seasonal, brand, and promotional online events, ensuring exceptional execution of campaigns for our customers. Establish and nurture relationships with our Customer teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience across all channels, maximizing traffic and sales through off-site marketing efforts while enhancing SEO. Leverage analytics to make informed decisions that optimize content, driving customer engagement, conversion, and sales for various media, trade, and seasonal initiatives. Conduct daily and weekly evaluations of content performance, sharing insights during team meetings. Proactively identify and pursue new or improved trading opportunities through all available onsite and offsite tools. Collaborate with digital product and technology teams to facilitate ongoing enhancements to our platform and content management system. Engage with key stakeholders across the organization, including commercial trade planning, in-store events, Operations, Customer, and Media Enablement. Maintain a high level of attention to detail by performing daily content checks to ensure compliance and legality. Embrace and contribute to continuous improvement by working collaboratively in an agile environment.Required Qualifications
