Job Title: Maitre d'

We are seeking a poised and customer-focused Maitre d' to join our dynamic team. As a Maitre d', you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or host or Maitre D' in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Experience with either Open Table or Seven Rooms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
