Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Maitre d' to join our dynamic team. As a Maitre d', you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service, we invite you to be a part of our esteemed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Greeting and Welcome: Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Reservation Management: Manage reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless table assignments.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience, maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized, and upholding the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or host or Maitre d' in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Technical Skills: Experience with either Open Table or Seven Rooms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Positive and friendly demeanor, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
