Customer Service Representative

At HealthHero, we're revolutionising the way people access healthcare. As a Customer Service Operator, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, providing exceptional support to patients, GPs, and healthcare professionals across the UK and Ireland.
This is a full-time position working 23:00 - 07:00, 5 days a week, based onsite in our Bracknell office. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls, handling queries, booking appointments, and communicating with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle patient requests, booking appointments and communicating with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
- Process prescriptions, specialist referral letters, and other health documentation.
- Ensure accurate recording and storage of information in line with company policies.
About You
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Superb communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience with call handling and contact centre work is desirable, although full training will be provided.
- Good level of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to show sensitivity and understanding over the telephone.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
