Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Manager / Bid Manager / Tender Writer to join our team at an Investment Bank in London. As a key member of the bids and tenders process, you will be responsible for writing and managing bids and tenders, working closely with sales teams to ensure proposals meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage bids and tenders for Investment Banking clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals that meet client requirements
  • Utilize Qvidian or similar systems to prepare and manage bids
  • Provide professional bid writing and management services for IT, Outsourced Services, and Banking sectors

Requirements:

  • Experience in bid and tender writing and management
  • Knowledge of RFIs and RFPs
  • Proficiency in Qvidian or similar systems
  • Strong bid writing and management skills

Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the office in central London and 2 days from home. You will be working via an Umbrella company, with a daily rate of £380 inside IR35.
