Bid and Proposal Specialist

At Fawkes and Reece, we are seeking a skilled Bid and Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bid team, you will be responsible for managing the production of written input and advising on content. Your role will involve working closely with our bid team and supporting technical team to develop responses that are attractive, articulate, and highlight the benefits of our offer.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the full bidding process and creativity in the development of the submission. You will be a creative and persuasive writer with the ability to articulate value propositions and win themes. As an effective team player, you will be able to manage and prioritize your own time, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the production of written input and advising on content
  • Working with the bid team and supporting technical team to develop responses
  • Analyzing client requirements and ensuring submission compliance
  • Checking the quality, relevancy, and consistency of responses
  • Establishing lines of communication with subject matter experts
  • Arranging Red Review dates/deadlines with accountable Reviewer
  • Maintaining a database/library of stock answers
