As a Junior Property Management Associate at Spicerhaart, you will enjoy:

  • Full-time schedule: 8:30 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, and 9 AM to 5 PM on one-in-four Saturdays.

Your journey as a Property Management Associate will commence with a week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

Your impact as a Property Management Associate at Spicerhaart will include:

  • Scheduling and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating lease extensions and renewals
  • Coordinating with service providers to address maintenance and repair needs
  • Managing deposit returns
  • Resolving rental payment issues
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Completing all check-in and check-out processes, including inventory reports
