About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including conducting property inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals, and coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Process deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards, and that all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the team's goals and objectives are met.
