About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Management Training and Development Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for our Property Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance performance in sales, property management, and customer experience
  • Create and maintain online training modules and documentation to ensure they reflect current company policies and legislative requirements
  • Support other departments in the development and upkeep of Operations Manuals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company procedures, operating systems, key tasks, and legal requirements to develop and maintain training materials
  • Keep up-to-date with best practices within learning and development and recommend implementation within the company where appropriate
  • Manage allocated training projects, including designing and delivering solutions to meet standards, deadlines, and costs
  • Ensure accurate training records are kept and forwarded to appropriate management
  • Spending multiple days in the field, each week, to support and coach our in-branch Property Managers
Requirements
  • A CIPD qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent business experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a related role within the property industry, preferably property management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Self-motivated, confident, and flexible, with a strong attention to detail
